Assessing Wine for Business Dinners
Out at a client dinner and need to choose a wine but don't know which one to pick?
This 3 hour course will give you tips and directions for picking off the wine list. The course includes:
- Which regions are the safest areas to choose from?
- Which wines go best with which foods?
- Which years were the good ones?
- Old World vs. New World?
- Assessment of the flavours/styles
Armadale Cellars can organize this private course (for up to 22 people) any Monday through Fridays. The course runs from 11am - 2pm and includes lunch.
Assessing Wine for Business Dinners requires a 12 person minimum.
