Bullers 2009 Black Dog Creek Shiraz
The picturesque King Valley on the lower slopes of Victoria's Alps is
recognised for producing wines of high quality and finesse. The
elevation, climate and soils of the region contribute to the production
of wines with a degree of elegance which is one of the characteristics
of cool climate wines.
The 2009 Black Dog Creek Shiraz is deep crimson in colour with mauve
hues. The bouquet features perfumed plum & spice aromas and the
palate has a silky smooth mouthfeel with flavours of
plums, raspberries and a hint of mocha and spices and fine tannins.
This wine is made to be enjoyed without the need for extended
cellaring. Enjoy it with grilled meats and game, especially venison.
