to consume food and wine together as good food brings the best out of a good
wine and the reverse is equally true.
A Wine tastes different with food as food adjusts the chemistry of the palate. If you drink the same wine with a variety of dishes it will taste slightly different with each dish.
People's palates vary almost as widely as their physique.
It is important to taste wine, rather than simply drink it. It is similar to the difference between truly listening and simply hearing. always remember as a basic rule; that the higher the Alcohol in your wine the more protien you are going to need in your food.
