Hospitality Initiative Provides a Lifeline to Troubled Teens
Armadale Cellars are supporters of HEAT, a local hospitality training
initiative for disaffected youth. They have recently launched a new website and
cookbook which we'll be selling instore this Christmas. Top
chefs Guy Grossi, Andrew McConnell, Luke Mangan and Ian Curley have given their
time and recipes to help produce a new cookbook, HEAT - The Way
Forward is Good Food, a collection of 42 recipes and full colour
photographs of easy-to-prepare recipes for the modern home. Find out
