including a week each on Champagne, White, Red, Fortified and Ageing.
This interactive wine course covers a broad range of wine topics directly related to the process of winemaking from vine to bottle. Learn the subtleties and nuances of the different styles. Each week includes a varied selection of interesting wines to complement the seminar, with a view to giving each participant a clear understanding of the concepts of flavour and the ability to discern the characters which constitute complexity and style.
