Touring Lectures and Guests Speaking Engagements: Phil Hude

Up-skill your sales team, reward your staff, or provide a fun team-building exercise.
Corporate Palate Trainer
The Corporate Palate trainer is designed to give each participant a greater
understanding of their own palate, including personal taste thresholds and
the ability to identify specific faults which occur in approximately one out
of twelve bottles of wine.
Armadale hosts private corporate palate trainers between 10am - 3pm (course
runs for 2.5 hours).
Corporate Palate Trainers require a 12 person minimum.

Assessing Wine for Business Dinners
Out at a client dinner and need to choose a wine but don't know which one to pick?
This 3 hour course will give you tips and directions for picking off the wine list. The course includes:
- Which regions are the safest areas to choose from?
- Which wines go best with which foods?
- Which years were the good ones?
- Old World vs. New World?
- Assessment of the flavours/styles
Armadale Cellars can organize this private course (for up to 22 people) any
Monday through Fridays. The course runs from 11am - 2pm and includes lunch.
Assessing Wine for Business Dinners requires a 12 person minimum.
PRICE: From $79 pp*
*Price is dependent on the bracket of wine being considered - $79 for premium
wines; $109 for super premium; $149 for wines of distinction.

Corporate 2-Day Basic Wine Training
- Learn how to taste wine

This course covers the same information as our Basic wine training course, but is tailored for the corporate environment. The course sessions run for 2 consecutive days from 10am-3pm with an hour break for lunch.

Armadale Cellars conducts this private course (for up to 22 people) Monday through Friday including lunch. We recommend that alternative transportation is arranged for your staff.
A minimum 12 participants is required to run a Corporate 2-Day Basic Wine Training Course.

Riedel has been producing
