Dolcetto is a traditional wine and a traditionally grown grape varietal. It is an indisputable sign of a marked biodiversity that is becoming less and less. The wine plays on the characteristics of youth: ruby and violet colour, fragrant aromas between floral and fruity, full, harmonious and elegant flavour, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
