Made by the folks at Bosquet des Papes. Blend of Grenache
(80%), Syrah (15%) and Cinsault (5%) fermented and matured in concrete
tanks. This superbly constructed blend punches well above its
modest appellation.
80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Consult. 7000 bottles produced. Intense red colour with deep yet delicate aromatic notes. Structured and soft tannins. Well balanced, it can be drunk now or cellared for 10 years.

Winery tasting note
Mid-garnet in appearance. Alluring aromatics - confit cherry
and strawberry intermingled with roasted spices (fennel seed, star
anise). On the palate, medium bodied, very fine, pure and silky -
an absolute pleasure to drink. Red fruit meets black with a twist
of spicy complexity. A model of elegance and restraint.
