Made by the folks at Bosquet des Papes.   Blend of Grenache (80%), Syrah (15%) and Cinsault (5%) fermented and matured in concrete tanks.  This superbly constructed blend punches well above its modest appellation.  Full-flavoured, spicy and complex, it is very much a baby Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Consult. 7000 bottles produced. Intense red colour with deep yet delicate aromatic notes. Structured and soft tannins. Well balanced, it can be drunk now or cellared for 10 years.
