Interesting reductive smoky note to the aromas, and some enjoyable freshening rosemary touches to the palate. Good length, this is vibrant and well balanced. Generous but not fat, with good concentration of flavour. Well-integrated oak completes the package.

The 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is terrific, with lots of white peach, pear, crushed pineapple, and toasted spice notes in its medium-bodied, fresh, focused profile. It's based mostly on Clairette but includes Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc.
