Deep in colour, the Cavalchina Bardolino offers an intense bouquet of small dark fruits, in particular black cherries and morello cherries. On the palate, it opens with nuances of sappiness, characteristic herb and intense spicy notes of pepper and other more mellow and savoury spice, with impressive length that is carried through with refreshing acidity.
