Chateau Hyot Cuvee Prestige 2020
Rich plum red in appearance. Attractiive nose of dark
plum, morello cherry, wet earth, pipe tobacco, notes of spicy oak.
Medium bodied, exceptional fruit intensity for such a modestly priced
wine - plum, cheery and blackcurrant, with notes of star anise, licorice
and earthy complexity. Powdery tannin carries the finish which is
long and fresh. Decant if drinking now or cellar up to 5-6
years.
