"The 2023 Beaune Les Associés, a blend of one-quarter Les Prevols and three-quarters Longbois at the bottom and top of the hill, respectively, are picked separately and blended together. It has an open-knit bouquet, freshly picked raspberry and wild strawberry scents and commendable delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with a fleshy opening, smooth and almost Volnay-like on the finish. This is delightful."
