Youthful silvery yellow in appearance. Prototypical Chablis nose
of grapefruit pith, lemon citrus, green apple, wet stone and crushed
oyster shells. Bone dry, limpid, fresh, lively and vibrant. The
nose flows through to the palate. Deliciously 'crunchy' and
fresh with an attractive saline edge. Time to start
shuckin' those oysters!
