Winery tasting note

Bright crimson in appearance.  Alluring aromatics of pencil shavings/graphite, dried herbs, crème de mure and blackcurrant. Wonderful perfume and lift.  Medium bodied, very suave and svelte - lovely cashmere-like mouthfeel.  In terms of flavour, the bouquet flows through to the palate, showcasing a wonderful interplay of elegant red and black fruits interwoven with dried herbs and graphite. Tannins and fine and lithe.  Utterly beguiling.  Drink now and over the next few years.
