Bright lemon yellow in appearance.  Alluring nose of lemon pith, Granny Smith apple, sea air, smoky notes.  Dry, light bodied, lovely intensity of flavour.  Distinctive salty/briny note that adds genuine interest.  Limpid, fresh and dangerously drinkable.
