A mix of six estate-grown clones, whole-bunch-pressed, fermented in
French oak (25% new). An elegant, well balanced wine, stone fruit (white
peach, nectarine) and rock melon gently cosseted by cashew and oak.
Nothing omitted, nothing overworked.
