Hawthorn Estate Coppin Sparkling 2019 (3 x 750ml)
The Pinot Noir exerts rich structure and complexity, as does the
addition of Nebbiolo which provides a raspberry-like mystery to the
aroma. The Chardonnay delivers light floral aromas and a creamy
mouthfeel with a touch of crème brûlée and brioche on the
palate. With a delicate bead, this grand vintage is aged on lees for a
minimum of 36 months undergoing secondary fermentation within the bottle.
This delicate sparkling wine has a fine line of crisp acidity, a silky
palate and delicious minerality.
