Cuvee Prestige is the flagship of Jean Pernet.  Made exclusive from 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru fruit, its is a blend of two vintages, 2008 and 2009.  Cuvee Prestige is a complex, attention grabbing Blanc de Blancs Champagne with pronounced yeast autolysis and notes of brioche, sourdough and baking spices.
