Crémant de Bourgogne is the sparkling wine of Burgundy. It is made using the traditional method as per Champagne, and is usually a blend of permitted varieties that lie with the boundaries of the Burgundy AOC, in this case Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and the rare Aligote. Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pneumatic pressing and time resting on lees in cool cellars produce a vibrant sparkling wine that is a perfect aperitif style
