Verve Chardonnay is a beautiful example of Mornington Peninsula wine from our vineyard in Tuerong.

The first highlight is the citrus spectrum fruit and acidity. Oak is neutralised by the use of barrels that are over 6 years old. The lightest of touches is shown in the texture of the wine to highlight the variety. The Verve Chardonnay is lean but balanced with plenty of zip right through the whole palate
