A classic expression of terroir, variety and of our unique winemaking style.  Plush wild blackberry  and poached plum fruits, complemented by complex cigar box, clove and cedar spices. The wines velveteen texture  and great length  is underpinned by fine grained tannins, some of which derive from French and American oak.  Enjoy now or cellar until 2030. Serve at 16-18 degrees.
