Redolent Mornington Peninsula Late Disgorged Brut 2007 (6 x 750ml)
Bright lemon yellow with golden glints. Soft, pillowing mousse
and fine persistent bead. Complex notes with prominent yeast
autolysis - notes of toasted brioche, grilled hazelnuts, spice (clove,
nutmeg), slightly honeyed. Dry, lovely mouthfeel - very gentle and
fine. The nose flows through to the palate - lovely balance of mature
complexity and freshness. Simply delicious!
