Complex notes with prominent yeast autolysis - notes of toasted brioche, grilled hazelnuts, spice (clove, nutmeg), slightly honeyed. Dry, lovely mouthfeel - very gentle and fine. The nose flows through to the palate - lovely balance of mature complexity and freshness. Simply delicious!
