Our 2025 Rosé is a blend of three Pinot clones from our Tamar and Coal River Valley vineyards. The grapes were hand-picked in late March and chilled overnight, which helped minimise the extraction of colour and phenolics at pressing. A gentle and rapid press cycle yielded a pale pink juice with delicate aromas and flavours. A slow, cool fermentation was carried out in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic detail. The wine was allowed to mature for 3 months on lees, imparting texture and softness to the palate.

Pale skin tone. Delicate and slender yet packing a serious flavour hit. Layered wild berry fruit, a slight savoury tone, a lick of snug acidity with concentrated textural feel and uncanny sense of richness… everything to like here.
