An exceptionally rare wine, the Alan's Cabernet Pressings has immense
concentration and structure. This wine is created by saving the
final juice from squeezing the skins after fermentation. The harder the
skins are pressed, the more flavours and tannins are extracted. The wine
often drips into a bucket overnight.
Only 150 magnums are bottled a year - Duck puts these into
magnums to stop people from drinking them! Saving these wines for a
decade before consumption is always rewarded.
