Situated on the eastern slope of Mt Camel at Toolleen in Cambrian period soils full of large greenstone and ironstone chunks. 100% Grenache. A perfumed nose of blackberry, raspberry and anise. A little whole bunch charm here with 15% included in the ferments. The plush mouth feel is awash with bright red fruits, spiced plums, freshly tilled earth and crushed rock. The tannins are delightfully silky and the finish is long and juicy.
