Sourced from the low yielding 'Mt Pleasant' and 'Six Splits'
vineyards. The nose is laden with black pepper, cinnamon, and raspberry
notes. Beautifully balanced and showing its typical natural acid
backbone. Matured for 26 months in 100% new French and American oak
hogsheads, which add a further layer of complexity to a long, full
finish.
