Yellow Hammer Hill is an intelligently assembled blend of Shiraz, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.  As with all Wild Duck Creek wines, it is very much a gentle giant, drinking far more elegantly than one would think.  The Cabernet Sauvignon and the Malbec lend a real black fruit profile to the wine, making it an irresistible partner to grilled red meats - a thick rib-eye would be perfect!
