Dark red. Vibrant lifted aromas of fresh red berries, mocha and cola. The palate is rich in typical "Yellow Hammer Hill' fashion, with flavours of blueberry, raspberry conserve, earth, dried herb along with a lovely mineral freshness. Matured in 30% concrete vat, 25% in large French oak foudre, and 45% in smaller seasoned French and American oak barriques and hogsheads. Absolutely delicious and refreshing!
