Chateau Doisy-Daene 2013 - perfectly cellared Sauternes - "..drop dead gorgeous....

2013 was an excellent vintage for Barsac and Sauternes.  As ever, Chateau Doisy-Daene over-achieved in 2013, producing one of the wines of the vintage.  Nearly a decade on from vintage, it is starting to hit its straps in half bottle format.
