Redolent Late Disgorged Brut 2007 - mature, complex sparkling wine

Like Dom Perignon P2 Plenitude and Bollinger RD, Redolent Late Disgorged underoges extended lees ageing prior to disgorgement.  The difference is that it sells for less than $40 per bottle!  This is complex and mature sparkling wine from the Mornington Peninsula.
