Symons Georgica Pinot Noir 2023 - stunning debut from industry veteran

Former Stonier chief winemaker Michael Symons has made a wonderfully perfumed and elegant Pinot Noir from the Georgica vineyard in Red Hill in the 2023 vintage.  To say that it was an impressive debut for his own label would be an understatement.
