English wine scribe Neal Martin recently anointed Domaine Henri + Gilles Buisson as one of six estates that could become Burgundy's next superstar - that's high praise indeed.  The brothers Buisson make very smart entry level Bourgognes under their negociant label, drawing on estate and purchased fruit.  This is a name to watch.
