Delivery

Within Australia
We deliver free to Metro Melbourne addresses for all orders over six bottles. Orders under six bottles attract a charge of $15.00 inc-GST.

Armadale Cellars works to provide same day and urgent point-to-point deliveries in the Melbourne region. Deliveries to off-shore Australian residences are priced at cost.

For metropolitan Sydney orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

Allow 5-7 working days for deliveries to metropolitan Adelaide and Brisbane, and rural Victoria and New South Wales addresses.

Please allow up 10 working days for deliveries to Perth, Tasmania, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 15 working days.

Note that the above delivery timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed. In certain instances (e.g. heat wave) we may elect to hold off delivery for a number of days to ensure your order is not affected by the hot weather.

International
Please contact us directly about shipping to international destinations.
Please be aware that local taxes and charges may be payable to clear customs in the destination country. 

Signing for delivery
All orders have to be signed for upon delivery unless express directions to leave (e.g. "Leave at front door") are provided when placing the order.

Hot weather
Please note that we may hold off delivery during periods of extreme heat. 

Post office boxes
We deliver via Australia Post and can deliver to post office boxes.

Store pick-up
If you choose to order with 'Store pick-up', you will be notified by text and email when your order is ready for collection.

All orders are held in our climate controlled, fully secured warehouse.

Orders are held for up to 30 days, at which point you will be contacted to arrange delivery.  A $15 charge will be applied to cover the cost of delivery.
