Drawing pretty much exclusively on fruit from the grand cru-rated village Bouzy, Champagne Barnaut fashions elegant, Pinot Noir dominant Champagnes.  Although these wines see extended ageing on lees, they all benefit from ageing post-disgorgement.  Quality-wise they compare more than favourably with similarly price grande marque Champagnes.
