At Domaine de Colette the combination of old vine fruit and traditional vinification produces sumptuous, authentic Beaujolais that is dangerously drinkable.  The estate's Beaujolais Villages is one of the best examples from this appellation.  As one would expect, the Moulin-a-Vent is more savoury, structured and serious.
