Sale and Supply to Minors
It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to minors under the age
of 18 years.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Armadale Cellars reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time,
we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the
e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using
the original or a mutually agreed method.
Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice. Please note,
label images which show vintages may often be used merely as an
illustration of the wine from that producer. It does not necessarily
follow that we hold that vintage in stock.
Armadale Cellars reserves the right to have all orders, where stock needs
to be ordered in, to be pre-paid in full. In the event of the Purchaser
cancelling an order, Armadale Cellars will retain 10% of this deposit to
cover expenses incurred.
In the event of a large purchase, Armadale Cellars reserves the right to
delay delivery to confirm the validity of a credit card.
Trading Terms may be varied at any time at the discretion of Armadale
Corporate credit accounts are available and payable 14 days from invoice.
Creation of such accounts is wholly at the discretion of Armadale
If a price on the Armadale Cellars website differs to the in-store price,
and a customer quotes the website price, we will charge whichever is the
lower price for the item. There are no further discounts on this
price. The standard case rate discount will not be applied to this
Armadale Cellars offers a 7-day return policy on products that
are proven to be faulty in any way. Armadale Cellars will offer a
replacement where possible, or a full refund.
In the case of faulty wine, to satisfy this return process, we need to
have access to most of the contents of the bottle in its original cork or
cap, within 48 hours, to assess whether the wine is faulty before we can
offer a refund/replacement.
Armadale Cellars will test all products returned within 24 hours of
Courses and Events Policy
There are no refunds for Courses & Events. However, if you
are unable to attend an event or course at Armadale Cellars you must
inform us at a minimum 1 full week prior in writing/Email and we can
transfer you to another course or event. After that, it is
your responsibility to fill the spot with a friend or family member.
No transfers will be given within 1 week of the course/event start date.
Sale or Return
For orders where sale or return has been agreed as a condition
of sale, up to 20% of the order can be returned as unopened original
boxes. We do not accept the return of boxes or bottles that have been
opened, are damaged or bin-soiled.
Sale or return is not applicable to spirits, liqueurs or items that have
been sourced specifically for a customer.
If you choose to order with 'Store pick-up', you will be notified by text
and email when your order is ready for collection.
All orders are held in our climate controlled, fully secured warehouse.
Orders are held for up to 30 days, at which point you will be contacted
to arrange delivery. A $12 charge will be applied to cover the cost
Car Park Rule
If attending a course or event at Armadale Cellars, we request
that you park on High St where there are no parking restrictions after
6.30pm. Earlier, the south side of High St allows parking without time
